The city of El Monte and Rails-to-Trails Conservancy invite you to a fun and exciting, non-competitive family bike ride which begins at Pioneer Park and continues along the Emerald Necklace — a local off-street trail system. Choose to ride the 1- to 6-mile beginner route, or ride the full 14 miles (two hours) of easy no-hill riding. “Fix-it” stations will be available where riders can address equipment issues. The ride will be followed by lunch, health expo and raffle.
