Celebrate Rail-Trail Champion Sarah Clark Stuart
Each year, Rails to Trails Conservancy honors an individual who has gone above and beyond for the trails movement with the Doppelt Family Rail-Trail Champions Award. On Oct. 22, we will celebrate the visionary leadership of Sarah Clark Stuart, trails and transportation manager in the City of Philadelphia Department of Streets, and former executive director of the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia and former chair of the Circuit Trails Coalition.
We hope you will join us for an evening of celebrations and a short program where we will get her insight about what it takes to create safe places for people to walk, bike and be active outside.
